Correction Slip

The 28th February, 2019

No. 180 Rules/II.D4 dated the 25th February, 2019

The following proviso is inserted below Rules 6(i) of ‘High Court of Punjab and Haryana (Right to

Information) Rules, 2007 as contained in Chapter 7 Part K of Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High

Court, Volume-V:-

“Provided that, where the requested information does not fall within the jurisdiction of the

authorized person and the authorized person, to whom such application is made, is not aware as to

which other authority is the appropriate authority, then the application shall be disposed of by him and

the applicant shall be intimated accordingly.”
