Notification

The 1st March, 2019

No. 862.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be required to be taken by

the Govt, at the public expenses for the public purpose, namely, construction a road from Behal Jhumpa road to

Surpura Khurd & Surpura Kalan village Behal, Tehsil Loharu, Distt. Bhiwani.

A notification under section -11 of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) has already been published in

the Haryana Government Gazette vide No. 857 on dated 02-10-2018 vide notification a declaration made for

acquisition as specified below.

It is hereby declared that the land in described below is required for the after said purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of section-19 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 road with

section 24 of land acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement impartial Act, 2013 under Section–24 Sub section 1(1).

The Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), Bhiwani is hereby directed

to take order as per Land Acquisition Act, 2013 under section 24 with road the section land acquisition rehabilitation

and resettlement impartial Act, 2013.

Plans of the land may be inspected in the offices of the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department

(Building & Roads Branch), Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, Provl. Divn. PWD (B&R Br.), Division Ch. Dadri.
