No. 5/1/2019-1DG.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to nominate the following persons as non-official

members of the District Grievances Redressal Committee, Panipat and Gurugram as constituted vide Haryana

Government Notification No. 5/45/2015-1DG, dated 22-09-2017 with immediate effect as under:-

District Public Relations & Grievances Committee, Panipat

Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Deyi Chand, Village Babail, District Panipat.

District Public Relations & Grievances Committee, Gurugram

Smt. Saroj Sarwan W/o Sh. Subhash Chand Sarwan, VPO-Sarhaul, Sector 18, District Gurgaon.

No TA/DA will be given to the members of the Committee for attending the meeting of the District

Grievances Redressal Committee.
