Corrigendum

The 8th March, 2019

No. 17/10/2011-3T(II).— The following corrections are hereby made in the routes mentioned at Sr. No. 50,

127 and 186 in the Schedule of the Stage Carriage Scheme published in the Haryana Official Gazette Notification

No. 17/10/2011-3T(II), dated 17.02.2017:-

1.

In the Schedule of the said notification, the route mentioned at Sr. No. 50, ‘Ghata to K. L. Mehta

College via Manger, Pali Zone, Sainik Colony More, 3 No. Masjid, Mulla Hotel’ shall be read as

‘Gurugram to K. L. Mehta College (Faridabad) via Sukhrali, Ghata, Manger, Pali Zone, Sainik Colony

More, 3 No. Masjid, Mulla Hotel’.

2.

In the Schedule of the said notification, the route mentioned at Sr. No. 127, ‘Pillukhera to Panipat via

Jamni, Budhakhera, Safidon, Matloda, Thermal Plant’ shall be read as ‘Jind to Panipat via Pillukhera

Jamni Chowk, Budhakhera, Safidon, Matloda, Thermal Plant’.

3.

In the Schedule of the said notification, the route mentioned at Sr. No. 186, ‘Panchkula to Ambala

Cantt via Barwala, Mouli, Jatwar, Handesra, Baldev Nagar’ shall be read as ‘Kalka to Ambala Cantt via

Panchkula’.

Note.— The corrections made at Sr. No.2 and 3 above shall be subject to the outcome of the final decision of

Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 13953/2016 & 14126/2016.
