No. T&CP/PF-107/2019/7131.— The policy relating to ‘Transit Oriented Development was notified vide

Notification No. CCP(NCR)/TOD/2016/343 dated the 9th February, 2016 and subsequently amended vide

corrigendum No. T&CP/TOD/2016/25294 dated 16.11.2016, notification No. CCP (NCR)/TOD/2017/964 dated

11.04.2017, notification No. CCP (NCR)/TOD/2017/12909 dated 13.06.2017, memo no. CCP (NCR)/TOD/2017/

PKL/FN730/13.05.2017-3TCP dated 17.07.2017, memo no. CCP (NCR)/TOD/2017/18927 dated 03.08.2017, memo

no. T&CP/PF-107/2018/5263 dated 08.02.2018 and memo no. T&CP/PF107/2018/13/5/2018-3TCP dated 25.07.2018

and memo no. T&CP/PF-107/2018/31458 dated 13.11.2018. The Government has reviewed the policy and

accordingly, time period for granting benefit under this policy has been extended upto 30.06.2019 for Gurugram

Manesar Urban Complex 2031AD.
