the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 8th March, 2019 and is hereby published for general

information:-

HARYANA ACT NO. 20 OF 2019

THE HARYANA CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENTS (REGISTRATION AND

REGULATION) ADOPTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019

AN

ACT

to amend the Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Adoption

Act, 2018.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventieth Year of the

Republic of India as follows:-

(1)

This Act may be called the Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and

Regulation) Adoption (Amendment) Act, 2019.

(2)

It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Short title and

commencement.

After sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and

Regulation) Adoption Act, 2018, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:-

“(2A) It shall also apply to all clinical establishments relating to diagnosis or

treatment of diseases where pathological, bacteriological, genetic, radiological, chemical,

biological investigations or other diagnostic or investigative services are usually carried out

with the aid of laboratory or other medical equipment.”.

Amendment of

section 1 of

Haryana Act 11 of

2018.
