Notification

No. Elec-2019/FW/PSCE/Hol/ 1358.— Whereas, the Election from Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Ali Meo,

Distt. Palwal for which poll shall be held on the 12.04.2019 (Friday) as per notification of the State Election

Commission, Haryana, issued vide Notification No. SEC/4E-II/2019/314 dated 18.03.2019.

And, whereas, it has been considered necessary to provide opportunity to the public to exercise their franchise.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section-65 of the Factories Act, 1948

(Central Act 63 of 1948) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to

exempt only those workers who are working in the factories of the State of Haryana and are enrolled as the voters in

the Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Ali Meo, Distt. Palwal where Election of Panch Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat

Ali Meo, Distt. Palwal are to be held on 12.04.2019 (Friday) from the operations of provisions of sub-section (1) of

section-52 of the said Act, for the week commencing from 07.04.2019 and ending on 13.04.2019, subject to the

condition that no adult worker who is enrolled as voter in Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Ali Meo, Distt. Palwal shall

be required or allowed to work on 12.04.2019 (Friday) in the factories of the State of Haryana.
