Notification

The 4th March, 2019

No. LC-3231/5934.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Haryana Development and

Regulations of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), the Governor of Haryana hereby exempts all such persons who

submit licence application for any site for grant of licence for development of Eco-Textile Park under the Textile

policy of Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana issued vide notification no. 25/05/2019-4IB-I dated

22.02.2019 under section 3 of the Act, from payment of Infrastructure Development Charges, upon grant of such

licence.
