No. HVS-LA-104/2019/77.— It is hereby notified that Shri Makhan Lal Singla, M.L.A., who was elected as a

member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 45-Sirsa Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the

Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 6th August, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker,

Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 6th August, 2019.

Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Makhan Lal Singla, M.L.A., one seat namely,

45-Sirsa Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 6th August, 2019.
