Notification

The 8th August, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1131.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/3E-

II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Promila W/o Sh. Mahabir under section 161 (4) of the

Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind.

And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Jind vide his memo No. 4036/Panchayat/PA, dated 24.07.2019 has

informed that a meeting was held on 14.06.2019 to consider no confidence motion against Vice-Chairman, Panchayat

Samiti, Pillukhera. Out of 18 members of the Panchayat Samiti, 12 had supported the no confidence motion. Hence,

no confidence motion against Smt. Promila, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera has been passed. It has

been requested to denotify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Promila

W/o Sh. Mahabir as Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind with immediate effect.
