Notification
The 5th September, 2019
No. G.S.R. 40/Const./Art. 309/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of
the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana
Revenue Department District Subordinate (Group C) Service Rules, 1988, namely :-
1.
These rules may be called the Haryana Revenue Department District Subordinate (Group C) Service
(Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2.
In the Haryana Revenue Department District Subordinate (Group C) Service Rules, 1988, in Appendix B,
against serial numbers 8, 9 and 10, under column 3, for the existing item (ii), the following item shall be substituted,
namely :-
“ (ii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric or Higher Education; ’’.
