Notification

The 5th September, 2019

No. G.S.R. 43/Const./Art. 309/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Industries and Commerce, Field Cadre (Group C) Service, 2014, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Industries and Commerce, Field Cadre (Group C) Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2019.

2.

In the Haryana Industries and Commerce, Field Cadre (Group C) Service Rules, 2014 in rule 5, for the word

“forty”, the words “forty two” shall be substituted.
