Notification

The 6th September, 2019

No. 4/1/2019-6PR(FD).— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a Pay Grievances Redressal

Commission as follows:-

1.

Smt. Surina Rajan, IAS (Retd.) is appointed as Chairperson of the Commission on usual terms and

conditions. It will be a one-person Commission. An officer of the rank of Special Secretary/

Jt. Secretary will work as Secretary to the Commission.

2.

Terms of Reference of the Commission:-

To consider the cases regarding demand of higher pay scale recommended by the Administrative

Department or referred by the Pay Anomaly Redressal Committee or referred by the Pay Revision

Branch (Finance Department) under 7th CPC and make appropriate recommendations to the

Government.

3.

The tenure of the Commission will be for three months.
