The 9th September, 2019

No. Arch-2019/17298.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution

of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Architecture

Technical (Group C) Service Rules, 1990, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Architecture Technical (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

2.

In the Haryana Architecture Technical (Group C) Service Rules, 1990, for Appendix B, the following

Appendix shall be substituted, namely:-
