The 20th September, 2019

No. 4/15/2019-RU.— The Governor of Haryana, is pleased to make the following amendment in the

Notificaiton of even number dated 12.09.2019 in item No. 5, in para of „Term of Office‟ of the Annexure namely

Terms & Conditions of service of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairpersons and Members of the Authority and following

words shall be added:–

“The condition of maximum age limit of sixty five years shall not be applicable for non-official

Chairperson, Vice-Chairpersons and Members”.
