Notification

The 26th September, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1292.— The State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/E-II/2016/2053,

dated 10.02.2016 had notified the name of Sh. Budh Ram S/o Sh. Nathu Ram as Panch, ward No. 4, Gram Panchayat

Mathasara, Block Adampur, District Hisar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Hisar while exercising powers

under section 51(3)(b) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 vide orders dated 20.06.2019 removed Sh. Budh

Ram S/o Sh. Nathu Ram as Panch, ward No. 4, Gram Panchayat Mathasara, Block Adampur, District Hisar. The

Deputy Commissioner, Hisar vide its memo No. Election/2019/3849, dated 20.08.2019 has informed that there is no

appeal pending against his orders in any Court/Competent Authority.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Sh. Budh Ram S/o Sh. Nathu Ram as Panch, ward No. 4, Gram Panchayat Mathasara, Block Adampur, District Hisar.
