received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 17th September, 2019 and is hereby

published for general information:-

HARYANA BILL NO. 35 OF 2019

THE PUNJAB ELECTRICITY (EMERGENCY POWERS) HARYANA

REPEAL ACT, 2019

AN

ACT

to repeal the Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Act, 1941, in its application to

the State of Haryana.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventieth Year of the

Republic of India as follows:-

1.

This Act may be called the Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Haryana Repeal

Act, 2019.

Short title.

2.

The Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Act, 1941, in its application to the State of

Haryana is hereby repealed.

Act XIV of 1941.
