Notification
The 4th November, 2019
No. 25/18/2019-4IB-I.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to insert the following provision of “Power to
condone delay” in submission of application for availing the benefit in the incentive schemes mentioned in the
Annexure-I notified under Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015 and Sector Specific Policies.
(i)
The Director, Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana shall be competent to condone the delay upto a
period of 03 months after the prescribed time limit.
(ii)
The Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana shall be competent to condone
the delay for a period more than 03 months but upto a period of 06 months after the prescribed time limit:
Provided that the competent authority is satisfied with the reasons of late submission of the application on the
basis of the substantial evidence/documents/ arguments presented by the applicant.
