Notification

The 6th November, 2019

No. G.S.R. 48/Const./Art. 320/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of

article 320 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Personnel Department,

Notification No. G.S.R.31/Const./Art.320/2019, dated 1st August, 2019, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the

following regulations to further amend the Haryana Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions)

Regulations, 1973, namely:-

1.

These regulations may be called the Haryana Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions)

Amendment Regulations, 2019.

2.

In the Haryana Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) Regulations, 1973, in Schedule A, after

item (139) and entry thereagainst, the following items and entries thereagainst shall be added at the end, namely:-

―(140) Six posts of Management Trainee/Manager (Finance) in Haryana State Industrial and

Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited in FPL–9, Cell–I=₹ 53100/-

(141) Two posts of Management Trainee/Manager (Marketing) in Haryana State Industrial and

Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited in FPL–9, Cell–I=₹ 53100/-.‖.
