Notification

The 6th November, 2019

No. 1474-SW(4)-2019.— In partial modification of Haryana Government Notification bearing

No. 124-SW(4)-2012, dated 23rd February, 2012, Notification No. 292-SW(4)-2014, dated 5th August, 2014,

Notification No. 865-SW(4)-2015 dated 31st August, 2015, and Notification No. 247-SW(4)-2016 dated 14th March, 2016,

the Governor of Haryana is pleased to include the following Official Member and Non-Official Member in the State

Level Committee for implementation of the Prime Minister's New-15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities

and the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram in Minority Concentration Districts in the State:-

(i)

Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra

Official Member

(ii)

Smt. Sunita Duggal w/o Sh. Rajesh Duggal, Member of

Parliament, House No. 41-P, Sector 23, Gurugram,

(Mob. No. 098643-00158)

Non-official Member

The functions of the Committee shall be as under:-

(i)

Review & monitor progress of the Prime Minister's New - 15 Point Programme.

(ii)

To consider & recommended to Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi the proposals

under the Multi-Sectoral Development Plans for the Minority Concentration Blocks.

(iii)

Review & monitor the implementation of the progress Multi-Sectoral Development Plans for the Minority

Concentration Blocks.

(iv)

Ensure that quarterly progress reports on Prime Minister's New - 15 Points Programme & Multi - Sectoral

Development Plans for Minority Concentration Blocks are sent to Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government

of India by the 15th day of the next quarter.

The Committee will meet at least once in a year.

The name of Sh. Charanjeet Singh Rori nominated as Non-Official Member in State Level Committee vide

Notification No. 247-SW(4)-2016 dated 14th March, 2016 is hereby withdrawn.
