Notification
The 2nd December, 2019
No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1663.— Whereas, the Commission vide notification dated 20.11.2019 prescribed time
schedule for updating existing voter list of all wards of Panchayati Raj Institutions and the draft shall be published on
06.12.2019. The final voter list shall be published on 30.12.2019.

Whereas, Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Gannaur under No.242, dated 19.11.2019 forwarded a copy of
order dated 13.11.2019 passed in election, petition Sunil Vs. Janta Devi & others vide which the election of elected
candidate of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Saiya Khera was declared null & void and the same was set aside.

Whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa vide letter No. 7907/P/election 2019, dated 22.11.19 has informed that
appeal No.73 of 2017 filed against order dated 24.04.17, by the affected Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Rangri Khera
has been dismissed. Hence vacancy has been caused. It has been recommended for revision/updation of voter list of
this Gram Panchayat.

Whereas in view of above, the State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby directs for updating the existing
voter list of all wards of Gram Panchayats Saiya Khera in District Sonipat and Rangri Khera in District Sirsa on the
basis of latest Assembly electoral rolls with all supplements finally published with qualifying date 01.01.2019 as per
following proqrarnrne:-
1.
The existing voter list of the Panchayati Raj Institutions shall be updated by taking into
consideration, the electoral roll of Vidhan Sabha published by the Election Commission of
India W.r.t. 01.01.2019 as qualifying date, finally published on 27.08.2019 with all
supplements. List of new voters included/deleted in the electoral roll of Vidhan Sabha shall
be prepared and will be published with existing voter list of the Panchayat Raj Institutions
mentioned in Annexure "A".
