Rs. 10,00,000/- u/s. 166 of Motor vehicle Act on Dtd. 20/03/2018 On account of injury of applicant was walking on

road and accident caused by the Trailor No. HR-46-C-7647 Dtd. 08/01/2018 near Chiloda circle.

By this notice publish in Gazette, you are hereby directed to appear before this Tribunal on 28th January, 2020

at Gandhinagar at 10-45 A.M. to answer the claim petition and you must be prepared to produce on that day all the

documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense.

Take notice that if you will not remain present on the above said date the claim petition will be heard and

decided in your absence.
