Notification

The 6th January, 2020

No. SEC/1ME/2020/02.— Whereas, the name of Mrs. Saroj Bala W/o Sh. Anil Kumar was notified as a

Member of (Ward No. 13) Municipal Committee, Bhuna by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide

Notification No. SEC/1ME/2016/1340 dated 27.05.2016.

And, whereas, Smt. Saroj Bala, Member, Ward No. 13, Municipal Committee, Bhuna tendered resignation

from the seat w.e.f. 10.09.2019 i.e. after her appointment as A.B.R.C. in Education Department and her resignation

has been accepted by the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad vide order issued under Endst. No. L.F./96/2019/3970-74

dated 11.12.2019.

In view of the position explained above and provisions contained under Section 13 of the Haryana Municipal

Act, 1973, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Mrs. Saroj Bala W/o

Sh. Anil Kumar, Member, Ward No. 13, Municipal Committee, Bhuna from the notification referred to above.
