Notification

The 17th January, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/344.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/3E-II/

2016/3478, dated 01.04.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Suman Devi W/o Sh. Satish Kumar under section 161 (4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Nahar, District Rewari.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner, Rewari vide his memo No. 12338/Panchayat, dated 23.12.2019 has

informed that a meeting was held on 21.11.2019 to consider no confidence motion against Chairman, Panchayat

Samiti, Nahar. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Suman Devi the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Nahar has

been passed and it has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Suman Devi W/o

Sh. Satish Kumar as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Nahar, District Rewari with immediate effect.
