Notification

The 17th January, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/349.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/3E-II/

2016/3476, dated 01.04.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Manju Bala W/o Sh. Naresh Kumar under Section 161(4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as President of Zila Parishad, Rewari.

And Whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Rewari vide his letter

No. 244/Panchayat, dated 14.01.2020 has informed that Director, Development and Panchayat Department has

accepted the resignation of Smt. Manju Bala W/o Sh. Naresh Kumar from the post of the President, Zila Parishad

Rewari, vide order dated 09.01.2020. It has been requested to de-notify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Smt.Manju Bala W/o

Sh. Naresh Kumar as President of Zila Parishad, Rewari with immediate effect.
