Notification

The 29th January, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/453.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/3E-

II/2016/3419, dated 22nd March, 2016 had notified the name of Smt. Seema Devi W/o Sh. Vinod Kumar under

section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Assandh, District

Karnal.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner, Karnal vide his memo No. 516/Panchayat, dated 20th January, 2020 has

informed that a meeting was held on 27th January, 2020 to consider no confidence motion against Chairman,

Panchayat Samiti, Assandh. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Seema Devi the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti,

Assandh has been passed and it has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Seema Devi

W/o Sh. Vinod Kumar as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Assandh, District Karnal with immediate effect.
