Notification

The 7th February, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/513.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/3E-II/2016/3478, dated 01.04.2016 had notified the name of Sh. Paramvir Singh S/o Sh. Tekram under

section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Kalayat, District

Kaithal.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (P), Kaithal vide his memo No. 863/

Panchayat, dated 31.01.2020 has informed that a meeting was held on 17.12.2019 to consider no confidence motion

against Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Kalayat. Hence, no confidence motion against Sh. Paramvir Singh, Chairman,

Panchayat Samiti, Kalayat has been passed and it has been requested to denotify his name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Paramvir Singh S/o

Sh. Tekram as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Kalayat, District Kaithal with immediate effect.
