Notification

The 18th February, 2020

No. 1/92/2017-1TCP.— In supersession and substitution of order made vide endst. No. 1/55/2016-1TCP

dated 8th June, 2016 and order endst. No. 1/55/2016-1TCP dated 28.06.2017 and in the exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on

that behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the following Authorities w.e.f. 25.11.2017 :–

(i)

Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula having its headquarter at Panchkula; and

(ii)

Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram having its headquarter at Gurugram.

The Governor of Haryana is further pleased to define the jurisdiction of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory

Authority, Panchkula as being over whole of the State of Haryana except District Gurugram; and Haryana Real Estate

Regulatory Authority, Gurugram having jurisdiction over the District Gurugram as on the appointed date.
