Notification

The 20th February, 2020

No. 2097/266-W.— Whereas, it is appear to the Governor of Haryana that the land/canal specified below is

needed urgently to the Government at the public purpose already constructed namely Sandwa Sub Minor Village

Sandwa Teh. Tosham Distt. Bhiwani which has already been published in Haryana Government Gazette notification

on dated 18.07.2018.

The notification is made under the provision of section 25 of land acquisition Act, 2013 for information of all

to whom it may concern. Hence it is notified that the time of period of the above notification is increase up to

30.06.2020 as after approval by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana & Irrigation & Water

Resources Department Haryana vide Memo No. 28/162/2019-71 W dated 06.02.2020.
