Notification

The 4th March, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/618.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/

3E-II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Parveen Devi W/o Sh. Shiv Kumar under

Section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bhuna, District

Fatehabad.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad vide his memo No. 1648/Panchayat, dated 27.02.2020 has

informed that a meeting was held on 25.02.2020 to consider no confidence motion against Chairman, Panchayat

Samiti Bhuna. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Parveen Devi the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bhuna has

been passed and it has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Parveen Devi

W/o Sh. Shiv Kumar from the post of Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bhuna, District Fatehabad with immediate effect.
