Notification
The 5th March, 2020
No. 865.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below in needed urgently
to the Govt., at Public expenses for the public purpose, namely constg. A road from Miran to Hisar road village
Miran, Tehsil Tosham, Distt. Bhiwani.
It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of section 11(i) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 (Act 30
of 2013) for the information of all to whom may concern.
In exercise of the powers confirmed by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the
officers of PWD B&R Department Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the
undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that
section.
Any person interested , who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period
sixty days of the publication of this notification in the officials Gazette, file and objection if any in writing before
the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (B&R) Branch Bhiwani.
The Plan of the land may be inspected in the offices of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Work Department
(Building and Roads Branch) Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer Provl. Divn. PWD B&R Br., Bhiwani.
