Notification

The 16th March, 2020

No. SEC/4E-II/2020/686.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its Notification No.SEC/3E-

II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Kamlesh w/o Sh. Mahabir under section 161 (4) of the

Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Farukh Nagar, District Gurugram.

And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram vide his memo No. 574, dated 05.03.2020 has informed that

a meeting was held on 20.02.2020 to consider no confidence motion against Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti,

Farukh Nagar. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Kamlesh, the Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Farukh

Nagar has been passed and it has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.

In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Kamlesh w/o

Sh. Mahabir from the post of Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Farukh Nagar, District Gurugram with immediate

effect.
