No. 326.—In continuation of Order No. 1521/SW(3)2019 dated 06.11.2019 and in pursuance of provision of

Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section (5) of RTI Act-2005 (22 of 2005) as amended from time to time the Governor of

Haryana is hereby pleased to designate Smt. Rajbala Kataria, Deputy Director-I as First Appellate Authority and

Smt. Poonam Raman, Deputy Director-III as State Public Information Officer at State Level Women and Child

Development Department, Haryana till further orders.
