No. 89/REG-253/Vol-IV.— In compliance with provisions contained in section 79(c) of Electricity Supply

Act, 1948 as applicable w.e.f. 15.03.1984 to 13.08.1998 and read with provisions contained in section 56 (vi) of

Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997 (Haryana Act No. 10 of 1998), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to delegates

same financial powers to the Director (Vigilance and Security) HSEB, Panchkula issued by erstwhile HSEB vide

notification No. 67/REG-171 dated 18.06.1990 w.e.f date of office order:-

In exercise of powers conferred under Clause (c) of Section-79 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 and all

other enabling powers in this behalf, the Haryana State Electricity Board hereby delegates same financial

powers to the Director (Vigilance and Security) HSEB, Panchkula as are being exercised by other Head of

Departments under Sr. No. 60, 60(a), 61, 62, 63, 66, 67(a), 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 79, 84 and 101 as

envisaged in the Book-let of “Delegation of Power” re-printed during 1986.

These amendments are deemed to have come into force with effect from 18.06.1990 i.e. actual date of issuance

of office order.
