No. 3/3/2020-R-II.— The Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India has launched a scheme

“PM Street Vendor’s Atma Nirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi)”. The scheme is a Central Sector Scheme and shall be

fully funded by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. As per PM SVANidhi scheme guidelines, a State

Monitoring Committee of PM SVANidhi (SMC-PM SVANidhi) under the Chairpersonship of Additional Chief

Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana is hereby constituted as under:

The role of State Monitoring Committee of PM SVANidhi (SMC-PM SVANidhi) is to monitor the progress

of scheme and meet at-least once in a quarter.



Commissioners of two Municipal Corporation, Executive Officers of two Municipal Councils and Secretary of

one Municipal Committee will be invited for meeting of State Monitoring Committee of PM SVANidhi on

rotation basis.



Chairperson may nominateup-to 02 special invitees of Non-Banking Finance Companies(NBFCs)/ Micro

Finance Institutions (MFI).
