Notification
The 20th July, 2020
No. 18/150/2020-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub–section (1) and
sub section (2) of Section 2A read with section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of
Haryana hereby proposes to declare the area of Kalka Zone and Pinjore Zone of the erstwhile Municipal Corporation,
Panchkula with the boundaries as specified in the Schedule given below, as Municipal Council, Kalka.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government
on or after the expiry of a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
together with objections or suggestions, if any, in writing, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary
to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula, with respect
to the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
