The 20th July, 2020

No. 4508/268-WN.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is needed by

the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for CONSTRUCTING KHARAK MINOR

FROM RD 270 TO 1909 OFF TAKING AT RD 25000/L DHAMTAN DISTY for the un-notified area as

mentioned below of Village - Bata, Tehsil - Kalayat & District - Kaithal.

It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Section-11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) (herein after referred

to as the Act of 2013) for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize

the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey

any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality may, within a period of

sixty days of publication of this notification, file objection under section 15 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 in

writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, P.W.D. I.B., Ambala.

The plans of the land all other details may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, P.W.D.

I.B., Ambala or the Executive Engineer, Narwana W/S Division, Narwana on any working day.
