The 21st July, 2020

No. 866.— Whereas, it is appear to the Governor of Haryana that the land/road specified below is needed

urgently to the Govt, at the public expenses for the public purpose namely Road from Behal Jhumpa road to

Surpura Khurd & Surpura Kalan village Behal Tehsil Loharu Distt. Bhiwani which has already been published

in Haryana Government Gazette Notification on dated 01.03.2019.

The notification is made under the provision of section 25 of land acquisition Act, 2013 for information of all

to whom it may concern. Hence it is notified that the time of period of the above notification is increase by

12 months.
