Notification

The 17th July, 2020

No. G.S.R. 6/Const./Art. 309/2020.― In exercise of the powers conferred by article 233 read with the proviso

to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana in consultation with the High Court of Punjab and

Haryana, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Superior Judicial Service Rules, 2007,

namely: -

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Superior Judicial Service (Amendment) Rules, 2020.

2.

In the Haryana Superior Judicial Service Rules, 2007, in rule 11, for clause (c), the following clause shall be

substituted, namely: -

“(c) No person shall be appointed to the Service, who is less than thirty-five years or more than forty-five

years of age on the last date of submission of applications.”.
