No. 5/1/2011-1d-II/AMLF.— In supersession of Haryana Government Notification of even No. dated

16 Nov., 2018, under para (7) of the scheme for the administration of Haryana Amalgamated Fund for the Welfare of

Ex-servicemen issued vide Notification No. 32/3/85-FA(1), dated the 23rd August, 1985, the Governer of Haryana is

pleased to re-constitute the State Managing Committee for the Amalgamated Fund as under :–

Para–10 Sub Para (C) of Government notification dated 23rd August, 1985, is amended as under:–

“The meeting shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by the Vice Chairman and when

neither of these are present, then the meeting will be presided over by the Deputy Vice Chairman and in case Deputy

Vice Chairman is also not present the members present shall before the commencement of the proceedings select the

Chairman for the meeting.”
