Notification

The 21st August, 2020

No. 653-SW(4)-2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14(1) and 14(3) of the Rights of

Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify as under :–

1.

District Magistrate shall be the designated authority within the territorial jurisdiction of the concerned

district under Section 14(1) of the Act.

2.

Commissioner of the concerned Division shall be the Appellate Authority within the territorial

jurisdiction of concerned division under Section 14(3) of the Act.
