Notification

The 3rd September, 2020

No. T&CP/FMDA/7/12/2020-2TCP.— In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of

Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (Haryana Act No. 9 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana

hereby declares boundary as specified in the Schedule I given below and containing the area falling within the limits

of controlled areas in Faridabad District as specified in Schedule II and shown in the plan appended hereto, to be

Faridabad Metropolitan Area for the purposes of the said section, namely:-

Schedule-I

Schedule of Boundary of Faridabad Metropolitan Area to be read with Drawing No. FMDA 1, 2020

dated 26.05.2020 appended hereto,

North :

Starting from point ‘A’ i.e. the point where the Revenue Boundary of Village Mangar, District

Faridabad, District Boundary of Gurugram District and State Boundary of Delhi State meet, then

moving towards east along the State Boundary of Delhi State and District Boundary of Faridabad

District up to point ‘B’ i.e. the point where the Revenue Boundary of Village Basantpur, District

Faridabad, State boundaries of Delhi State and Uttar Pradesh State meet.

East :

Thence, from point ‘B’, moving towards south-east along the District Boundary of Faridabad District

and State Boundary of Uttar Pradesh State up to point ‘C’ i.e. the point where the Revenue Boundary of

Village Chhainsa, District Faridabad, District Boundary of Palwal District and State Boundary of

Uttar Pradesh State meet.

South :

Thence, from point ‘C’, moving towards west along the District Boundaries of Palwal District and

Faridabad District up to point ‘D’ i.e. the point where the Revenue Boundary of Village Mohala,

District Faridabad, District Boundaries of Palwal District and Gurugram District meet.

West :

Thence, from point ‘D’, moving towards north-west along the District Boundaries of Gurugram District

and Faridabad District up to point ‘A’ i.e. the Starting Point.
