No. 7/1/2014–3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 (1) of the Haryana Right to Service

Act, 2014, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a Statutory Committee consisting of the following :–

(a)

Sh. Manohar Lal,

Chief Minister, Haryana

Chairperson

(b)

Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, MLA

Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly

Member

(c)

Sh. Kanwar Pal, Education Minister

Member

This Committee shall recommend the name for appointment of Chief Commissioner for the Haryana Right to

Service Commission. The Deputy Secretary to Government, Haryana, Administrative Reforms Department shall

assist the Committee as its Secretary.
