No. 17/16/99-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 12C of the Punjab

Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act No. 41 of 1963)

read with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 130 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated

Development Rules 1965, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to assign the functions of Chairman of the Tribunal,

Haryana to the Justice Darshan Singh (Retired), Chairman, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal for a period of

one year or till regular appointment, whichever is earlier, with immediate effect.
