The 12th October, 2020

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) 7245.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the

following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal

Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act :-

In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide Notification

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/6870 dated 04.06.2019, the following entry shall be substituted in place of

“Chairperson” and Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Daya Chaudhary, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court,

Chandigarh.
