Notification

The 16th October, 2020

No. 883-SW(1)-2020.— In exercise of Article 94(A) of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the

Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation constituted under the Companies Act, 1956

(No. 1 of 1956), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Shri Pawan Kumar, S/o Shri Azad Singh R/o H. No. 75,

Ward No. 12, Gadi Mohala, Kharkhoda, District Sonepat as Director of the said Nigam.

Further, in pursuance of Article 94(B) of the aforesaid Articles, the Governor of Haryana appoints

Shri Pawan Kumar, S/o Shri Azad Singh R/o H. No. 75, Ward No. 12, Gadi Mohala, Kharkhoda, District Sonepat

Director of the Nigam as Chairman of the aforesaid Nigam with immediate effect. The terms and conditions will be

issued separately.
