Notification

The 16th October, 2020

No. 884-SW(1)-2020.— In pursuance of Article 94 of Articles of Association of the Haryana Backward

Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam (P) Ltd. Constituted under the Companies Act, 1956

(No. 1 of 1956), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Smt. Nirmal Bairagi D/o Shri Ganga Ram, R/o Village

Bhusli (Bhagwanpur) P.O. Madhuban, District Karnal as Director the said Nigam.

Further, in pursuance of Article 94(b) of the aforesaid Articles, the Governor of Haryana appoints

Smt. Nirmal Bairagi D/o Shri Ganga Ram, R/o Village Bhusli (Bhagwanpur) P.O. Madhuban, District Karnal

Director of the Nigam as Chairperson of the aforesaid Nigam with immediate effect. The terms and conditions will be

issued separately.
