Notification
The 30th October, 2020
No. MS/HALSA/3(18)8300.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8-A of the Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987) read with Regulations 3 and 4 of the High Court Legal Services
Committee Regulation, 1998 and in view of letter No. 796/Lok Adalat Branch dated 12.10.2020 of Learned Registrar
General, Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby
makes following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HALSA/3(18) dated 20.04.1998 and reconstitutes the High
Court Legal Services Committee consisting of the following Ex-officio Member, as well as nominated Members, to
exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:
