Notification

The 22nd November, 2020

No. 2416.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be taken by the

Government at Public expense, for a public purpose, namely Mangali By Pass at Village Managali Mohabbat in Teh.

& Distt. Hisar. In Court Case Sh. Ajmer Singh etc V/s State of Haryana and Others. Civil Suit

No. 154-C of 2005 Date of Decision on 12.06.2008, Appeal No. 175 date of Decision on 07.09.2011 and

CR No. 4090 of 2016 dismissed on date 27.08.2019 by the Hon’ble High Court, now this case is pending in The

Hon’ble court of Versha Jain CJM/Hisar for payment of land compensation by acquirement as per Act.

It is hereby notified that the land in locality, described below is likely to be acquired for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Section – 11(1) of the land Acquisition Act, 2013 for

information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section. The Government of Haryana is pleased to

authorize the officer, for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen, enter upon and

survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by the section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality, may within 60 days

of the publication of this notification, file an objection in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana

PWD B&R Br., Hisar or Executive Engineer, Provincial Division No. I, PWD B&R Br., Hisar. Plan of the land may

be inspected in office of Executive Engineer, Provincial Division No. I, PWD B&R Br., Hisar.
