Notification

The 2nd December, 2020

No. SEC/1ME/2020/3154.— Whereas, the name of Smt. Savita Nagar W/o Sh. Vikas notified as a Member of

(Ward No. 17) Municipal Committee, Jhajjar by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification

No. SEC/1ME/2016/1340 dated 27.05.2016.

And, whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide its memo No. 4AE/2020/52955

dated 24.11.2020 has send a Copy of order of the Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar issued vide its endst. No.1481-85/LFA

dated 14 10.2020, according to which resignation of Smt. Savita Nagar referred above has been accepted under

section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, and requested to denotify her name from the elected members of the

municipality

In view of the request of Director. Local Bodies Department, Haryana, the State Election Commission,

Haryana hereby de-notifies the name or Smt. Savita Nagar W/o Sh. Vikas, Member Ward No. 17, Municipal

Committee, Jhajjar from the notification referred to above.
